Our order process is conducted by our Merchant of Record. The Merchant of Record handles payment processing, customer service inquiries related to transactions, and formal returns. By purchasing a subscription to Corrdex, you are also bound by the Merchant of Record terms that apply to the transaction.

2. Use of Service & Source Code Policy

Corrdex provides architectural mapping, drift detection, and boundary enforcement tools. You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights to your codebase.

Source Code Storage Disclaimer: We explicitly do not store your raw source code. Our systems generate, process, and store only indexed metadata, dependency graphs, and structural signatures required to provide the service.

You agree not to misuse the Corrdex service or attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or bypass our security and indexing mechanisms.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials you use to access Corrdex and for any activities or actions under your account. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Corrdex makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all warranties, including without limitation implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

In no event shall Corrdex be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the service.
